THE WAY I WORK

I am mindful of providing an environment that can help you to feel safe to speak with me. I am passionate about working with others towards enhancing mental health, resilience, understanding, improving relationships and well-being as a whole.

For me this is more than a "job". It really matters!

I offer effective Counselling and Hypnotherapy skills, while being consistent in conveying my genuine self in our time together.

I offer warmth and complete respect in consideration of your experiences.

I am a Reading based, qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I am trained in integrating Person-Centred and Psychodynamic counselling styles.

This means I tailor my skills to you as a unique individual. I can work in a very present way, together we can notice your ways of being and help to process your thoughts and feelings.

I can also support you to gain greater conscious awareness of patterns in your life that may be influencing the way you relate to yourself and others. As well as exploring unconscious thoughts and beliefs which may be impacting you. I can facilitate healing from the past and a reconnection to your true, authentic self and offer support in creating a positive new outlook.
