Confessions of a Depressed Comic

Embrace Counselling with Emma

A Young Male tells his story with what he calls four simple words "I suffer from depression."

Kevin Breel didn't look like a depressed young person - sports team captain, at every party, funny and confident.

He shares that he felt he lived two separate lives. - "Beneath my smile there was struggle and beneath my light there was dark."

Kevin explains depression - "Real depression isn't being sad when something in your life goes wrong. Real depression is being sad when everything in your life is going right."

This is an insightful and moving experience of what depression can feel like.
